Information

  • Delivery & Returns
    • - Delivery fees are calculated upon booking
    • - Sydney pick up available on request from SafeFlame Chatswood warehouse
    • - All products will be shipped 2 weeks prior to the event unless specified
    • - Any products damaged during shipping must be advised and image taken as to be removed from final bill or to be replaced
    • - All returning products are to be shipped back to SafeFlame at customer's expense. The products must be returned in original box with a tracking number provided, otherwise charges may occur
    • - All returning items must be shipped within 72 hours of event, otherwise charges my occur
    Terms & Conditions
    • - A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure booking & date
    • - Please note that there is a minimum hire spend of $100(excluding freight and booking fee)
    • - Payment methods accepted: VISA, Master Card and EFT + credit card as form of bond (no money will be taken from the card upon booking)
    • - Full payment must be made upon shipment, which is usually 2 weeks prior to event date
    • - All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Any excessively damaged or unreturned products will be charged at retail price
    • - SafeFlame reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment has been received prior to shipment

    If you love our candles and wish to keep any after your event as a keepsake or gift, SafeFlame offers the opportunity to purchase any or all of the candles you hired. Simply give us a call to arrange payment and ship any remaining as per above.
