01. When will my candles be shipped? Please note that due to the nature of our business it is not always possible to ship orders as they are received.
02. When can I expect to receive my candles? Rest assured Gloware delivers all SafeFlame LED Candles at least 2 weeks prior to the carols event date listed on order form, unless otherwise specified. Should you requrie an earlier delivery please advsie in comments section.
03. What are the freight charges & average transit time? At SafeFlame we operate on a flat freight fee system, so not matter how many candles you order, you will only be paying the low cost of below.
If required Gloware provides overnight delivery services to most area's within Australia, please note that this service at an extra surcharge to the above, please call 1300 882 332 for a quote.
04. Can we pickup from your office/warehouse? Yes, Gloware can accommodate those looking to pickup from our office/warehouse at the following address: SafeFlame LED Candles 32/1 Talavera Road NORTH RYDE NSW 2113 We ask that you call 1 hour prior to picking up, so we can make sure the goods are ready on your arrival.
05. Who do you use for shipping? Gloware/SafeFlame uses TNT & Australia Post for our freight services.
Yes, however be advised that your service will need to be shipped via Australia Post.
07. Can I track my candles once shipped? Yes, all SafeFlame orders are sent using state of the art tracking systems.
08. Do I need to sign for my candles? Yes, as proof of delivery all SafeFlame orders will need to be signed for by an authorised representative.
09. What if I am not home when my candles are delivered? Should you not be home when you candles are delivered, a card will be left in your letterbox advising that a delivery was attempted & a contact number left to re-arrange a new delivery time. PLEASE NOTE that after multiple attempts to re-deliver, Gloware reserves the rights to forward on the associated fee's with attempted deliveries.
10. Can I have my candles left without signature [LWS]? Yes, however please be advised that Gloware cannot be held accountable for any unsigned goods. To arrange for you goods to be delivered without an authorised signature you must completed the LWS section within the orderform.
