Even though SafeFlame Candles where primarily designed for Carols by Candlelight, today more & more people are finding different uses for SafeFlame Candles. SafeFlame Candles are ideal for use at: Anzac Day Ceremonies, weddings, religious ceremonies, reception halls, home use, Halloween & many more.
What is the different between SafeFlame Classic & Neon? SafeFlame Classic is an orange LED candle with Gloware's Realistic Flicker Effect. SafeFlame Neon is a RGB LED colour changing candle.
What is the Realistic Flicker Effect? Gloware's "Realistic Flicker Effect" is produced by a custom designed IC chip that is designed to mimic the flicker of a naked flame.
Does SafeFlame Neon have the Realistic Flicker Effect? No! Because of the colour changing sequences we are unable to make SafeFlame Neon flicker. SafeFlame Neon will endlessly morph through the colour rainbow (like to video of SF neon in use).
Are they safe? Yes! SafeFlame candles are safe for normal use*. SafeFlame Candles are designed & built to the highest quality standards, using only the best materials available. All SafeFlame Candles are finished as a one-piece candle, thus eliminating all chocking hazards or product weak spots.
How do they work? SafeFlame Candles are powered by 2 AAA batteries, the lighting effect comes from multiple LEDs in the flame tip.
Do SafeFlame Candles come with batteries? Yes! All SafeFlame Candles come with batteries, they are shipped from our warehouse ready for use.
What is the shelf life of a SafeFlame Candle? When stored in the correct environment, SafeFlame Candles should have an expected shelf life of up to one year.
Can they be turned off? Yes! Seeing that they are battery operated SafeFlame Candles can be turned on & off. SafeFlame Candles can be turned on & off by a slide switch located at the bottom of the candle. It is recommended that when not required SafeFlame Candles should be turned off to preserve battery life. Order FAQWhen can SafeFlame Candles be ordered? SafeFlame Candles can be ordered all year round. However, as we head into the festive season it is recommended that you place your order ASAP, as stock can become very sort after & all orders as based on a "first in, best dressed policy"

What are your minimum order quantities?
Can I order a mixture of Classic & Neon? Yes! However you must order a minimum of 100 candles of one style before you are able to order additional candles.
After ordering the MOQ what QTY must I order in? After the MOQ has been reach you are able to order in lots of 25, however it is preferred if you order in lots of 100.
How are SafeFlame Candles packed? SafeFlame Candles come packed in bags of 25, boxes of 100 & cartons of 300 units.

How much will freight cost? Please note that no matter what QTY you order you will only pay flat freight fee, please see bellow for prices.
What is the lead-time required for ordering SafeFlame Candles? SafeFlame quantities will be allocated will be allocated to your organisation on your date of ordering, all orders as based on a "first in best dress policy"
After placing my order when may I expect to receive my order? All order will be dispatched 2 weeks prior to the event dates, unless otherwise specified.
Are we able to return any unsold stock? NO! Due to the nature of this product, Gloware will not accept any returns for unsold stock.
What are the payment terms?
